After months of no pt training. I finally got some sessions authorized. I was referred to Jim, he has a tremendous amount of help in my rotator cuff rehab and strengthening. I would highly recommend him. he not only goes after the current concern, but takes in past injuries. He helps train in away that should help you not injure yourself in the future. - 12/11/2025

Completely individualized care directly from a Doctor of PT, who also happens to be a very well rounded athlete. What more could you want? Highly recommended.

From the first phone call I had with Jim he was thoughtful and considerate, I could tell he was an expert I wanted to work with. I was recovering from an auto accident with a fractured cervical spine as well as some neuromuscular complications. He helped me to form a great rehab plan, administered exceptional hands on manipulation therapy, and kept things interesting. All of this while tracking my range of motion progress and strength gains in a quantifiable manner. - 11/20/2025

I went to prevent PT with what was diagnosed by a podiatrist as arthritis of my ankle. Very often when I rode my bike, I would hurt my ankle to the point where I thought I had sprained it. The podiatrist told me I had arthritis in my ankle and told me to stretch my calves. This was a little helpful, but didn’t get to the heart of the problem. Jim of prevent PT got to the heart of the problem very quickly. I had tendinitis of a very small but important tendon. Jim recommended I get orthotics which compensated for a weak arch that caused the tendonitis. He gave me exercises to strengthen the calf muscle/tendon responsible. This solved 90% of the problem for me. I also got great tips for working on my 67-year-old left hip issue which has been bothering me for over 35 years. Jim gave me a diagnosis which made sense. He described aspects of joint mechanics that I was not aware of, and gave me several exercises, which have helped very much. I recommended Prevent PT for anybody wanting to understand their muscle and joint mechanics and the proper stretch, stretches and exercises to alleviate pain and allow you to get back to your active life. - 11/05/2025
